01

1. Create the workspace

Register, name the workspace, and enter the primary website URL that the agent should understand.

02

2. Build the first agent

Choose Sales, Support, or both. Pick the hosted Venice model tier or switch to a BYO OpenAI-compatible key.

03

3. Load Knowledge

Queue a website crawl, add manual articles, and upload TXT, MD, or PDF files when the public site is not enough.

04

4. Configure routing

Enable lead capture or ticket creation on the agent, then connect Email, Webhook, HubSpot, or Zendesk routing.

05

5. Verify launch readiness

Use the connector test button, billing state, and readiness panel to confirm the workspace is safe for first traffic.

06

6. Install the widget

Copy the generated script tag and place it before the closing body tag on the customer website.

How teams use it

Operational flow, from setup to handoff.

Each stage is designed around the actual launch sequence: knowledge, routing, verification, and live widget traffic.

01

Register the workspace

Create the tenant, enter the website, and keep the agent name tied to the public experience visitors will see.

02

Load knowledge before launch

Crawl the site, add manual answers, and upload any supporting documents that should shape real responses.

03

Install and test connectors

Add the route you actually monitor, then fire a test event so the handoff is validated before live traffic.

04

Preview the widget

Use the in-app preview to check the greeting, allowed origin rules, and the actual streamed response path.

Ready

Build the agent, connect the handoff, install the widget.
